    • Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, August 15, 1973 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Richland Wood Worker Harold Mitchell Dies At 70 - Harold A Mitchell, 70, of Richland, New York, died the morning of Monday, August 13, at his home. He was born February 7, 1903, in Pulaski, he was the son of Lambert and Leona Umphrey Mitchell. He attended Pulaski Academy. He was employed many years by the William P. Curtis Furniture Factory in Richland. He later became employed by the Blount Lumber Company in the window department. He retired in 1968. He was married to Florence Marshall of Williamstown in May, 1950, and they always lived in Richland. He is survived by his wife, two brothers, Kenneth U. Mitchell of Richland and Robert E. Mitchell of Webster, New York; one sister, Mrs. Leon Helene Goodness of Oswego, also several nieces and nephews. The funeral is 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 15, at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Rev. Gerald Brownell, pastor of the Richland Church of Christ officiating. Calling hours are Tues. August 14, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery, Richland.
