Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, June 18, 1964 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Rites Today for Mrs. Waggoner - Services for Mrs. Jessie M. Waggoner, 82, widow of Victor Waggoner will be held today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. at the Foster Funeral Home. The Rev. Nelson Reppert, pastor of the Orwell Union Church, will officiate, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery at Orwell. Mrs. Waggoner died Tuesday afternoon at her home in Orwell. She had been in failing health past few years. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Albert (Vernice) Clifford and Mrs. Zachary (Genevieve) Brownell both of Orwell; one son, Robert Waggoner of Lakeland, Florida; and nieces and nephews. Born in Orwell, August 17, 1881, Mrs. Waggoner was the daughter of Edgar and Jennie Stowell Weed. She was educated in the Orwell school and married to Victor Waggoner on June 27, 1900. Her husband was a mason by trade and died July 7, 1950. She was a member of the Orwell Union Church and of the Gleaners Circle.
