      - Homemaker - Florence Marshall Mitchell, 92, Springbrook Apartments, died Wednesday at her home. Mrs. Mitchell, a homemaker, had lived in Richland and Williamstown before moving to Pulaski. Born December 3, 1908, in Williamstown, daughter of George and Carrie Rathbun Marshall, she attended Williamstown schools and graduated from Camden High School in 1928. She married Harold A. Mitchell in May 1950 in Williamstown. Mr. Mitchell died August 13, 1973. Mrs. Mitchell was a member of Williamstown Community Church and a longtime volunteer at the Pulaski Senior Nutrition Site. Surviving are a sister, Marjorie Rosegren, Palenville, a sister-in-law, Jeanne Mitchell, Oswego, and several nieces and nephews. A sister, Amy Marshall, died before her. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Oswego County Hospice, P.O.
