- Josephine Virginia Strassner
Audubon, NJ
(nee JoJo Yoppolo), passed away on September 23, 2015. She was the loving partner of William Corney and treasured mother of Gretchen Mills (Carl) of Mickleton, NJ, Gwendolyn Yoppolo of Oaklyn, NJ and George Strassner, III (Nicole) of Haddonfield, NJ. She is survived by her grandchildren Stephanie, Jessica, and Ronald Mills, Emily and Claire Strassner, and step grandson Cameron Starrett. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in Toledo alongside her siblings Janet Plocek, Nancy Schonter, Louis Yoppolo, all of OH, and the late Joseph Yoppolo of AZ. She is predeceased by her parents Joseph Yoppolo and Rhea Sprague (Corrao), and by her nephew Tony Plocek, and is survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.
Beautiful inside and out, she brought light and laughter to everyone around her with her generous spirit and playful attitude. She always took care of others before thinking of herself. She will be deeply missed.
