Dorothy J. Belcher, 78, of Lacona died Thursday at Crouse Hospital.
She was born in Lyndonville, Vt. She attended the University of Vermont, Columbia Presbyterian School of Nursing and Hudson Valley Community College. She retired this year as a registered nurse at Vista Manor Nursing Home in Titusville, Fla. She was a member of the First Church of God, Titusville, and the Florida Nurses Association.
Her husband, Harvey L., died in 1998.
Survivors: A daughter, Ruth A. Blauvelt of Lacona; three sons, Harvey L. Jr. of Borodino, Raymond S. of Ipswich, Mass., and David J. of Pittsfield, Mass.; a sister, Mary Kelley of Winthrop Harbor, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Services: In the First Church of God, Titusville, Fla., at a date to be announced. Burial, private. No calling hours. Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek, has arrangements.
