- Daily Sentinel, Rome, N.Y., Saturday Evening, September 19, 1959 - M. W. Look, 73 Dies at His Home In Williamstown - WILLIAMSTOWN - Maurice W. Look, 73, a former assessor in the Town of Williamstown for 25 years, died this morning at his Williamstown home after a long illness. He was born April 18, 1886 in the Town of Amboy, son of William and Celia Brown Look. He married Nellie Harris on June 19, 1913, in Carlisle, N.Y. with the Rev. Welch officiating. Mr. Look lived in the Williamstown are his entire life and engaged in farming. He constructed all the buildings on his present farm. He was a member of the Williamstown Grange for more than 25 years, a member of the Dairymen's League, and attended the Williamstown Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Leon Allen, Williamstown; a grandson; a sister, Mrs. George Barker, Orwell, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the B.A. Sanborn and Son Funeral Home, Camden, with the Rev. Allison C. Wood, pastor of the Camden First Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Williamstown. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
