- Camden-Blanche Anne (Henderson) Archibee passed away peacefully Friday January 17, 2014 at Oneida Heath Care. She was born in Redfield, NY and lived either there or Camden her entire life. Blanche was predeceased by her parents, Wilson Henderson and Loretta Humphrey Henderson, and siblings; Clark Henderson, George Henderson, Wesley Henderson, June Clemens and Ruth Keeney. She is survived by sisters Arlene Forward of Camden and Grace Comins of Hightstown, NJ. She is also survived by daughters Gayle (Ron) Coe of Plattsburgh and Mary A. (Thomas) Blake of Bluffton, SC. In addition she is survived by grandchildren; Ethan, Travis and Adam Coe and Cullen and Meghan Blake; great grandchildren Abby, Annelise, Elizabeth, Harper and Nathan. Blanche will be remembered for her great gardening skills and wonderful pies and cookies, tasted by many and loved by all. Her family would like to thank Dr. Matthew McKay, whom Blanche so trusted and his staff at Oneida Medical Association in Camden for the wonderful care and attentiveness. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 19, 2014 at the LaRobardiere Funeral Home, Inc. Calling hours will be held 2 to 6 pm prior to the funeral service at the funeral home, 109 Main St., Camden. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations may be made to the Queen Village Historical Society Museum, P.O. Box 38 Camden, NY 13316.
