Marion G. Cole, 81, of 833 E. Brighton Ave. died Saturday at Community-General Hospital.
Miss Cole was born in Orwell and lived in Syracuse most of her life. She attended Syracuse City Normal School and Syracuse University. She was a teacher in Syracuse for more than 30 years. She retired from Edward Smith Elementary School, where she taught for most of her career.
She was a communicant of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
Surviving is a niece, Patricia Rader of Marcellus.
Services are 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Burial is in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
There are no calling hours.
Contributions may be made to the Marion Shrine and Prayer Park at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
Whelan Bros. Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
