Survivors: Two daughters, Rhonda and Keisha of Fulton; a son, Dana Perkins of Buffalo; six sisters, Gail Milesky, Janis Cook, Tina Cook and Karen Cook, all of Fulton, and Cheryl Surriage and Lisa Burt, both of Vermont; two brothers, Harry Cook of Hannibal and Keith Cook of Fulton. Services: 11 a.m. Friday in Mount Adnah Cemetery, Fulton. Calling hours, 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Sugar Funeral Home, 224 W. Second St., Fulton.
