Obituary of Misty J. Goodnough
Misty J. Goodnough, age 58, resident of Liverpool since 2011, formerly of Pulaski, passed away unexpectedly Saturday. Misty was born June 14, 1962, the daughter of Charles and Roxanne Olin VanDuzer. Misty graduated from Pulaski High School in 1980 and attended Alfred State College. She was married to Ronald Goodnough. Misty was employed by Quest Diagnostics in Syracuse for the past year. She had also been employed as a paramedic for Rural Metro, Menter’s Ambulance and NOCA for over 20 years.
Surviving are one son, Ronnie Goodnough and his companion Emily Johnson of Pulaski, mother, Roxanne VanDuzer of Pulaski, one brother, Charles VanDuzer of Pulaski, sisters, Nancy (Bruce) Butler of Lysander, Bonnie (Kevin) Woody of Crary, NC, Jan Whitehead of Virginia, Jill (Peter) Rath of Liverpool, Christie VanDuzer of Syracuse, Rosanne (Tom) Lissow of Holly Springs, NC and Charlee (Peter) Marthia of Mexico and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, December 10th at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with a spring burial in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service.
