John was married first, to Iva May Keenon, on July 13, 1910 in Syracuse, New York; John and Iva were divorced about 1915. John died December 24, 1949 in Syracuse, New York, he is buried in Pine Plains Cemetery in Clay, Onondaga County, New York.]
      Newspaper Obituary - Monday, January 8, 1940 Syracuse Herald Journal - Syracuse, New York - Mrs. Golda M. Bronner - Funeral services for Mrs. Golda M. Bronner, 47, wife of John W. Bronner, who died yesterday morning at her home, 508 Roxford Road, will be conducted tomorrow at the rooms of Carl E. Welter by the Rev. Walter V. Watson of First Ward Presbyterian Church. Rites will also be conducted by Fralick Chapter of O.E.S. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell. A resident of this city 25 years, Mrs. Bronner was a member of Fralick Chapter 550, O.E.S. and of the White Shrine. Surviving, besides her husband, are a sister, Mrs. L. H. Finster of Pulaski; two brothers, Giles Stevens of Orwell and Robert Stevens, and several nieces and nephews.
