      Judith "Judy" Miller, age 82 life resident of Pulaski died Wednesday at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse. Judy was born November 26, 1926 in Pulaski, the daughter of Harold S. and Lottie Manwaring Franklin. She graduated from Pulaski Academy High School in 1944 and Oswego State Teachers College in 1960. Judy married John "Jack" Miller on April 26, 1946, he died July 4, 1998. She taught kindergarten at Sandy Creek School for 21 years, retiring in 1981. Judy was a member of the Park United Methodist Church and its choir, Tuesday Study Club, Pulaski Historical Society, NYS Retired Teachers Association, North Country Music Society, the DAR and she also volunteered at the Pulaski Public Library.

      Surviving: one son, Don (Margaret) Miller of Sandy Pond, two daughters, Jill (Bryan) Mattison of Sandy Creek, and Linda (Pat) O'Reilly of Fairport, one brother Robert Franklin of Pulaski, one sister Charlotte Bechard of Florida, six grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.

      Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the Park United Methodist Church, Pulaski with burial in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home 52 Park Street Pulaski. Donations may be made to the Park United Methodist Church 2 Hubble Street Pulaski, NY 13142.
