Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, August 19, 1920 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Mrs. Charles Cable - Mrs. Charles Cable died at her home at Williamstown, Sunday, August 15. She was born in Manlius, June 10th, 78 years ago, her maiden name being Emeline Streeter. The family lived there a number of years and deceased also lived at Orwell, where she married Mr. Cable 55 years ago. For 18 years they lived on a farm in Williamstown, there they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. She was a member of the M. E. church. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Edgar of Oswego and Cyrus Cable of Streator, Illinois, and one brother, W. D. Streeter, of Richland.
Newspaper Article - Thursday, August 19, 1920 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Orwell - The remains of Mrs. Charles Cable, of Williamstown were interred in Evergreen cemetery, Tuesday, August 16. Mrs. Cable, who passed many years of her life in this town is survived by her husband and two sons Edgar and Cyrus Cable.
