    • Frank Horr - Phoenix. Oct. 15 - Frank Horr, 68, for many years a resident of Phoenix, died Monday. Mr. Horr was born at Smallbush, Herkimer county, November 18, 1860, and was one of twin brothers. He has been for 44 years a member of Golden Rule Lodge, No. 77, I. O. O. F. of this village. Surviving Mr. Horr are four sisters, Mrs. Ida Waring and Mrs. Grace Harding of Syracuse; Mrs. Stella Cuyler of Fulton, and Mrs. Gertrude Bentley of Phoenix, also a brother Ward Horr, of Phoenix, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the funeral parlors of E. W. Allanson on State street. The Rev. N. S. Aller will officiate and burial will be made in the Phoenix Rural cemetery.
