    • Judith M. Gorman June 8, 2020 Judith M. Gorman, aged 77, passed away at her home in Guilford, NY on Monday, June 8, 2020. She was born in Cazenovia on October 31, 1942, to Robert and Veronica (Baker) Zapf. She lived most of her life in Minoa before moving to Guilford two years ago. She married David Crough Gorman in 1961. David died in 2002. Judy was a teaching assistant at Minoa Elementary for more than twenty years. She loved her job and the students she helped. After school, she spent many hours tutoring students who needed individual attention. Judy was an avid gardener. She loved swimming and barbecues with the family. She enjoyed bicycling around the neighborhood, taking long walks and hikes with her dog, Silvie, and her sister. Judy was brave enough to learn to snow shoe, cross country ski and kayak when she was in her sixties. She overcame her fear of flying when she joined her family on an eleven hour flight to Hawaii. Judy is survived by her sons, David, Dennis, Daniel and Douglas (Carrie); and by her daughter, Patricia (Glenn) Stein. She also leaves her three beloved grandchildren who were the light of her life, Catherine, Oliver and Everett Gorman. All of Judy's siblings survive, Helen Oot, David, Connie Ciccone, Elaine Ellis, Marie Rowe, and Daniel. She will be buried next to her husband at St. Mary's Cemetery in Minoa. Services will be private.
