      Services for Lois M. Haynes, 58, of County Route 1, who died Sunday at Oswego Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Harter-Olmstead Funeral Home, Mexico. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.

      Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 5305 Washington Ave.

      A native of Mexico, Mrs. Haynes was a life resident of the Mexico-New Haven area. She was a member of the Lycoming United Methodist Church.

      Surviving are her husband, Melvin Sr.; a son, Randy of New Haven; four daughters, Patti Powers and Bonnie Solazzo, both of New Haven, Betsy Murray of Scriba and Michelle LaBouef of Lycoming; four brothers, James of New Haven, Harold of Scriba, Lloyd of Parish and Gordon Ware of Lycoming; two sisters, Irene Kirk of New Haven and Elnora Buskey of Scriba; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
