- CENTRAL SQUARE - Frank M. Stone, 60, of Central Square, RD 1, died early Sunday evening at his home.
A native of Harrisville, he was a farmer and carpenter, retiring about seven years ago. He lived in Central Square 47 years.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Beebe Stone; four sons, Merton of Central Square RD 2, Carl of Parish, Beryl of Hastings, and Larry Stone; two daughters, Mrs. Richard Besanson of Central Square RD 1 and Miss Edith Stone; 11 grandchildren; two brothers, William of Central Square and Jesse Stone of Osceola; two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Worden and Mrs. Lillian Burdick, both of Brewerton; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Watson Funeral Home, Central Square, the Rev. Edwin Potter officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove cemetery, Mallory.
Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. tonight and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
