      Online Obituary - Robert Frank Martin Jr, 51, of Pulaski, died Wednesday at home. He was born December 4, 1956, in Oswego, the son of Robert and Beulah Staford Martin. He graduated from Pulaski High School in 1975 and served in the U.S. Army from 1975 to 1979. He was a journeyman electrician and a member of IBEW Local #43 in Syracuse. Surviving: four daughters, Christina Saucier, Bobbie Jo Martin and Nicole Martin, all of Pulaski, and Elizabeth Martin of Fayetteville; three sisters, Linda Martin and Robin Holmes, both of Pulaski, and Tammy Broadhurst of Sandy Creek; one brother, Timothy Martin of Orwell; and one grandson, Logan Mooney of Pulaski. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski. Burial will be at the convenience of family. No calling hours.
