- Newspaper Obituary - Saturday, May 29, 1999 Watertown Daily Times (NY) - Billie A. Salisbury- Lifelong Richland Resident - Billie A. Salisbury, 40, of 1 Wilder Drive, died Wednesday at her home. She had been ill with cancer. Mrs. Salisbury retired in February after four years at C.W.R. Manufacturing, East Syracuse. He had also worked at Joseph J. Pietraesa Co., Syracuse. Born Nov. 19, 1958, in Watertown, daughter of William and Ruth Dye Martin, she attended Pulaski schools and was a life resident of the Richland area. She had been married previously. Surviving are her fiance, Ronald A. Smith, Richland; a son, Matthew A., Ballston Lake; three sisters, Rosemary Silva, Pattie Smith and Tina Clemens, all of Richland; a brother, Ralph Dye, Norfolk, Va.; a half-sister, Patricia Landers, Watertown, and three half-brothers, John Dye, Syracuse, Robert Dye, Oswego, and Michael J. Martin, Pulaski. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
