Michael E. Jaquin, 67, of Phoenix, died Wednesday at his home. He was born in Bedford Hills, NY, son of the late Elvin Kemp and Susan Jaquin. He was an Army veteran, serving from 1964 to 1966. He was a member of Local #747 Carpenters Union, retiring, in 2003. Surviving are his wife of 21 years, the former Delores J. Sterling; two sons, Scott Jaquin, Tracy Jaquin; one daughter, Lori Manton; 11 grandchildren; two brothers, Harold Snow, Bruce Kemp. He was predeceased by one sister, Sandra Kemp, in 2009. Funeral service will be 7 p.m. Monday from Harter Funeral Home, 9 Washington Ave., Mexico, NY. Calling hours will be 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, prior to the service, at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY.
