    • Online Obituary - Aug 18, 2013 - Jeanine Rae Tennant (Momma Rae) 62, of Mannsville, NY passed away Friday at her home. She was born February 4, 1951 in Fulton, NY, the daughter of Phillip V. and Dorothy Cook Billings. She married Wilbur A. Tennant May 2, 1970 in Mannsville, NY. Rae enjoyed taking photos, playing cards, collecting Indians and "yard-saleing." She is survived by her husband, Wilbur A. Tennant Sr.; three sons, Wilbur A. Tennant, Jr and his wife Theresa, Ray E. Tennant and his wife Tiffany all of Mannsville, David A. Tennant and his wife Michelle of Sandy Creek; a step-daughter, Virginia Roy of Mannsville; 11 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; three brothers, Phillip and Barbara Billings, John and Julia Billings, Robert Billings and his companion Allison Sherman; a sister, Linda Ellis Bailey, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Tamar Wood-Schlachter, who died in 2010. A celebration of life service will be held at the family home Sunday, August 25, at 2:00 pm.
