    • Newspaper Obituary - Friday, July 3, 1959 Wilkes-Barre Times Leader - Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania - George C. Armitage - George C. Armitage of Alderson, Harvey's Lake, retired postmaster of Alderson Post Office, was buried this afternoon following rites at the Glova Funeral Home, Kunkle Road, Harvey's Lake. Rev. John Gordon officiated. Interment was in Kocher Cemetery, Harveys Lake. Pallbearers were Edwin Delaney, Tom Garrity, Joseph Garrity, Fred Javers, Richard WIlliams and Don Smith.
