Harvey L. Belcher, 76, of Titusville, Fla., died May 4 at Parish Medical Center, Titusville.
Born in Watertown, he lived in Watertown, Syracuse and Lacona before moving to the Titusville area in 1989. He worked for the Singer Sewing Machine Co. before his retirement and was a member of the American Legion and the First Church of God, Titusville. He was a Coast Guard veteran of World War II.
Survivors: His wife of 55 years, Dorothy J.; a daughter, Ruth Blauvelt of Lacona; three sons, Harvey L. Jr. of Borodino, Raymond of Ispwich, Mass., and David J. of Pittsfield, Mass.; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Services: Private. National Cremation Society of Melbourne, Fla., has arrangements.
