  Newspaper Obituary - May 6, 2001 Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - James H. Caster, 82, of 4330 Peterboro St.,Vernon,died Saturday at St. Luke's Memorial Hospital Center, New Hartford. He was born in Boylston. He was a dairy farmer and convenience store operator in Adams, Cleveland and Orwell. Survivors: His wife, the former Emma Look; three daughters, Janet Lowry of LaFargeville, Carol Reed of Statesville, N.C., and Joyce Osborne of Vernon; two sons, the Rev. Edward of Westfield, Pa., and James of Kent, Wash.; two brothers, William of Pierrepont Manor and John of Montana; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Church of the Holy Family, Vernon. Burial, Chenango Valley Crematory, Earlville. Calling hours, 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Malecki Funeral Home, 23 Front St., Vernon.
