    • Peter D. Bailey, 60 of El Paso, Texas died Friday, December 26 after a long illness. Peter was born on May 18, 1954 in Oswego, NY to Robert and Marjorie Bailey. He was employed at Northland Electric in Watertown for 29 years. He is survived by his wife, Denise of El Paso TX; son Peter Jr. (Chelsey) of Ashville NC; step-daughters Melissa Livingston and Elizabeth Harding. Peter is also survived by his mother Marjorie, Sandy Creek NY; brother Thomas (Jan), Baldwinsville NY; niece Sarah, Syracuse NY and several grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father, Robert in 1984. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 11 a.m., in the Mexico Village Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of the Harter Funeral Home, Mexico NY.
