    • Nellie I. Cottet, 89 of Parish, died peacefully on Tuesday, at her home, surrounded by family. She was born in Osceola, daughter of the late Louis and Inza Golley. She formerly worked for Mystic Stamp in Camden. She was a member of the West Amboy Community Church, a member of the West Amboy Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the Rebekah's. She was predeceased by her husband, Royce Cottet in 2002 and her daughter, Norma Cottet in 2005.
      Nellie is survived by her three daughters, Nancy (Jim) Jackson of Richland, Deborah (Don Blaise) Cottet of Pulaski and Theresa (Ed) Hess of Altmar; her three sons, John (Tammy) Cottet of Mexico, Bernard Cottet of Parish and Elmer Cottet of Parish; 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; her two sisters, Carol Duff of Ithaca and Mary Bacon of Groton; and her brother, James Golley of Marathon.
      Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, from the Harter Funeral Home, 2983 W. Main Street, Parish NY. Burial will be in the Union Settlement Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
      In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Palliative Care through St. Joseph's Hospital, 301 Prospect Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13203.
