- Kimberly S. Wilber, age 36, resident of Sandy Creek, formerly of Orwell, passed away Thursday at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse surrounded by her family. Kimberly was born April 5, 1986, in Oswego, the daughter of Steven Wilber and Karen Marshall Wilber. She attended Sandy Creek Schools. Kimberly was employed at the Huckleberry Café in Lacona as a waitress, where she grew to love her many regular customers. She loved birds, including those she kept as pets as well as the ones found in nature. She also loved to cook and was a great baker.
Surviving are her daughter, Lauren Wilber of Pulaski, parents, Karen Wilber of Pulaski and Steven Wilber (Becky Kellogg) of Mexico, siblings, Heidi (Michael) Solazzo of Pulaski, Eric Wilber of Minnesota, and Julie Wilber of Minoa, also her nephew Zachary, and nieces Emily, Chloe, Madelynne, Lillian, and Charlotte, who she loved as if they were her own, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m., Tuesday, January 3rd at the Sandy Creek Bible Church, 2301 Harwood Drive, Sandy Creek, NY. Calling hours will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, NY 13142.
