    • Newspaper Obituary - February 20, 1988 Post-Standard - Syracuse, NY - Services for Thomas R. McGough, 37, of Medina, an Oswego native who died Wednesday in Rochester, will be 11 a.m. today in St. Paul's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Mr. McGough was the librarian at Albion Correctional Institute 12 years. He was a graduate of St. Paul's Academy and Oswego Catholic High. He had a bachelor's degree in history from the State University College at Oswego and a master's in library science from the University of Rhode Island. Surviving are his parents, Thomas and Lola McGough of Oswego; a sister, Ann Balchin of New York City; two brothers, William of London, England, and Stewart of Syracuse; and two nephews.
