Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, July 25, 1963 Geneva Times - Geneva, New York - Clifford C. Webb - Waterloo - Clifford C. Webb, 72, Waterloo-Geneva Road, died this morning at his summer home on Cayuga Lake. He worked as a chief load dispatcher at the Border City Plant of New York Gas and Electric Company for 30 years, until he retired seven years ago. Earlier he was employed by Niagara-Hudson, Waterloo. He is a past member of the Red Jacket Yacht Club and is a past officer. He was honorary life member of the Quarter Century Club of the N.Y.S. Gas and Electric Corp. He was sponsor and coach of teenage baseball in Waterloo for many years. He also managed the Waterloo Town Baseball team. He was a member of the Congregational Church, Orwell. Born in Pierrepont Manor in 1891, he is survived by his wife, Anna; two sons, Donovan L., Union Springs and Francis G., Seneca Falls, and one daughter, Miss Georgiana Webb, Santa Monica, California. Calling hours are tonight 7-9 and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Genung Funeral Home. Burial will be in Orwell Cemetery.
