Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, May 18, 1971 Post-Standard - Syracuse, New York - G. R. Young Dies; Was Bank Teller - Glen R. Young, 76, of 753 James Street, died yesterday at his home. A native of Fort Plain, he lived here 55 years. He was retired as a bank teller and had been employed by First Trust and Deposit Company and Onondaga Savings Bank. He was a graduate of Albany Business College. Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Gladys Huston Young. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Greenleaf Funeral Home, 503 West Onondaga Street, the Rev. David W. Hoeldtke officiating. Burial will be in Orwell Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
