- Death of Douglas Bloodgood
Pulaski, Sept 13.-- Douglas Bloodgood, 66, a life long resident of the eastern end of Oswego county, died yesterday after a long illness, at the home of his son Garfield Bloodgood, in the town of Orwell. He lived for some years in this village, but as of late years, has been making his home with his son. Three sons, Orvie, Baldwinsville; Elmer, Cortland, and Garfield, Orwell, survive; two daughters, May, of Richland; Mrs Robert Ingersoll, Rochester; two brothers, Edward, Mexico, James, Grand Rapids, Michigan, and a sister Mrs. Frances Allen, Oneida. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon and interment will be made in Evergreen Cemetery.

Came with parents from New Jersey as a child. Married 1st c1873 to Lydia Gale and was father of six children. Married 2d in 1900 to Minnie Dingman.
