She was born to William Harley Otis and Ethel May Smith Otis in New York on November 9, 1964. She was preceded in death by her father William Harley Otis. Mrs. Moriarty was a homemaker. Survivors include her mother Ethel May Otis, daughters Nicole Moriarty (Samuel Reid), Meghan Moriarty, brother Phillip Leach (Roxanne Paulumbo), sister Judy DiLiberto (Christopher), granddaughter Kylie Moriarty-Reid and nieces and nephews.
