- Services were held Friday in Plymouth, Mich., for Mrs. Carol Wyman Hayman, 52, wife of Robert C. Hayman, who died Aug. 8, 1972 at Oak Wood Hospital, Dearborn, Mich.
Mrs. Hayman was born in Syracuse, June 7, 1920, daughter of Robert F. and Bessie McClary Wyman. As a child she lived with her parents on Long Island and in Pulaski, spending summers at their Sandy Pond camp.
Her grandfather, Eugene Wyman, started a grocery store at the Pond in 1922, which was later operated by her father. She married Robert C. Hayman and the couple would have celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in November. They had made their home in Plymouth, Mich., for the past six years.
Surviving besides her husband are a daughter, Miss Susan Hayman of Plymouth; two sisters, Mrs. John (Yvonne) Parker and Ms. Jeanette Metchik, both of Pulaski; and a brother, Robert Wyman of Orwell.
Following cremation she will be buried in the Richland Cemetery, Foster-Hax making the local arrangements.
