Richard J. Hilton Sr., 61, of 114 Lewis St., died Tuesday at his home, where he was under the care of his family and Hospice.
Mr. Hilton had worked construction for various construction companies, including Empire Pipeline Co., Syracuse, and George Bonney Construction Co., Pulaski.
Born Nov. 7, 1941, in Pulaski, son of Hiram and Reva Whaley Hilton, he attended school in Pulaski.
He married Vivian L. Klimko on March 10, 1962.
He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Pulaski.
Surviving besides his wife and his mother, of Pulaski, are a daughter, Sherry L. Corcoran, Pulaski; a son, Richard J. Jr., Sandy Creek; a sister, Joyce Ackerman, Pulaski, and four grandchildren.
A sister, Betty I. Pratt, died Sept. 23, 1995.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev. Stephen Nunemaker officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
