      Donald R. Denny, 78, of Richland passed away Tuesday November 28, 2023 at University Hospital in Syracuse.
      Donald was born July 6, 1945 in Oswego, NY to Gerald and Ida May (Duester) Denny. He attended Pulaski Schools. He served in the United States Army from 1963-1965.Donald married Donna Patterson on March 18, 1966 in Sandy Creek. He worked at BJ’s Wholesale in Clay.Donald was a past member of the Richland Fire Department.
      “He will always be remembered for his sense of humor.”
      Surviving is his wife of 57 years, Donna, children Timothy R. Denny (Kelly), of Richland, Richard Denny of Florida, Bobbie Jo Leach of Pulaski,and Gina Pullen of Oswego. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Siblings Candy, Charity, Donna, Dee, and Butch. He was predeceased by brothers Richard and Gerald Denny.
      A Celebration of Life will be held on December 16th beginning at 1pm at the Richland Firehall. Donations may be made in his honor to the Richland Fire Dept.
