- Debra E. Gibbs Obituary
Debra E. Gibbs, age 65, life resident of Pulaski passed away Wednesday, at St. Joseph’s Hospital with her family by her side. Debra was born June 8, 1959, the daughter of Donald and Betty Hilton Pratt. She attended Pulaski Schools. Debbie was married to her husband of almost 40 years, Andrew Gibbs on December 31, 1984. She was employed by the Pulaski School District as a cafeteria worker and custodian for over 30 years. She had also worked for Petrie’s Bakery for many years.
Debbie had a kind and nurturing heart. She loved to take care of her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandson. She treasured her summers spent with her family at their camp at Sandy Pond.
Surviving are her husband, Andrew Gibbs of Pulaski, sons, Scott (Melissa) Spicer and Dylan (Faith) Gibbs both of Pulaski, stepdaughter, Erin (Chad) Sayer of Cicero, father, Donald Pratt (Robin Woolson) of Pulaski, brother Ron Pratt and sisters, Karen Pratt (Karl Hax) and Kathy (Pete) Gibbs all of Pulaski, grandchildren, Kaden, Ethan, Savannah, Samuel, Adara, Abraham, Regina and Eli, and great-grandson Augustine. Debbie was predeceased by her mother, Betty Pratt in 1995 and her son Tyler Spicer in 2014.
Calling hours will be held from 1 to 4 p.m., Saturday, December 14th at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski, NY. A private funeral will be held at the convenience of the family.
