STATE police identify man killed in Oswego County crash
Richland, N.Y. - a 36-yar-old man was killed Tuesday morning when his car went off a road and slammed into a tree.
The crash occurred around 7 a.m. on Frank Lacy Road in the town of Richland.
State police siad 36-year-old Tyler J. Spicer, of Pulaski, was driving a 2005 Chvrolet Equinox west on Frank Lacy Road, about half a mile east of state Route 11, when he lost control of the vehicle.
The car went off the south shoulder of the road and then over-corrected, causing the car to go off the north shoulder and hit a tree, state police said.
State police siad they are continuing to investigate.

Pulaski (WSYR-TV) A Pulaski man was killed when his car veered off the road and struck a tree Tuesday morning.
State Police say they responded to the scene of the crash on Tuesday at Frank Lacy Road near Route 11 State Route 11.
They say Tyler Spicer, 36, was prounouced dead at the scene.
Police have not indicated what factors may ahve been involved in the crash.

Tyler J. Spicer, aged 36, life resident of Pulaski, passed away Tuesday from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Tyler was born January 26, 2978 in Watertown,. He graduated from Pulaski High School in1996, and was previously employed by the Fulton Companies.
Surviving are his parents, Debra and Andy Gibbs of Pulaski, father, William Spicer, of TN, two brothers, Scott (Rhonda) Spicer and Dylan (Faith) Gibbs, both of Pulski; one sister, Erin (Chad) Seyer of cicero; maternal grandfather, Donald Pratt (Robin Wilson), paternal grandmother, Eleanor Spicer, all of Pulaski and paternal grandfather, James Spicer of GA, three nieces and four nephews.
Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, December 6, at the Foster Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Puaslki, with burial in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from noon to 3 p.m. prior to the service.
