Obituary of O. Dale Bristol
O. Dale Bristol, age 94, life resident of Altmar, passed away Friday at his son’s home in Parish. Dale was born September 30, 1927, in the Town of Albion, the son of Floyd and Dora Maynard Bristol. He graduated from Altmar-Parish High School in 1944. Dale was married to Carol Mowers on June 16, 1998. He had been previously married to Dorothy Phillips for 38 years, and Doris Gates both of whom predeceased him. Dale owned and operated a dairy farm for over 50 years. He was a member of Lighthouse Church in Mexico.
Surviving, are his wife, Carol, two sons, David (Sue) Bristol of Parish and Daniel (Joey) Bristol of Watkinsville, GA, six grandchildren, Ed (Julie) Bristol, Jeni (Jim) Lewis, Jaqi Bristol, Miranda (Josef) Broder, Jimmy (Melissa) Bristol, Aaron (Kristine) Bristol and great grandchildren: Jason, Justin, Jada, Appolonia, Miles, Amelia, Addison, Blakely and Amy.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, November 9th at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with burial in Maplelawn Cemetery, Dugway. Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday prior to the funeral.
