- Richard Cooper Obituary
Richard E. Cooper, 86, of Sandy Creek, passed away on May 23, 2025, at Oswego Hospital. Born on June 11, 1938, in the town of Richland, New York, Richard spent the majority of his life in Sandy Creek. He was employed for 26 years at Corse Press/Holstein-Friesian World, followed by four years at Blount Lumber Company, and worked part-time at the Pulaski Ponderosa for 25 years. Richard was an active member of the Halfshire Historical Society and a devoted member of the Sandy Creek Bible Church. He is survived by his sister, Marie Cooper of Pulaski, and two second cousins. In accordance with his wishes, there will be no calling hours. A private burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery.
