      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, January 24, 1946 Mexico Independent - Mexico, New York - Mrs. Mary French Dies at Devon, Pennsylvania ¬Mrs. Mary Blasier French, widow of Marcellus French, died Monday, January 21 in Devon, Pennsylvania. Mrs. French was born January 27, 1860. She was a sister-in-law of Mrs. Nellie Boyd and for several years made her home with Miss Irene Hungerford. Later years she has lived in Pennsylvania She is survived by one son Dr. Earl French, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was a member of Pulaski Methodist church and Victoria Chapter No. 205 O. E. S. Her remains arrived in Syracuse on Thursday morning and were met by Karl Gibbs and later taken to the home of Miss Mary Boyd. An Eastern Star service will be held at 8 o'clock Thursday night with funeral services on Friday at 1:00 o'clock at Miss Boyd's home. Rev. Cecil Plumb will officiate. Burial in Riverside cemetery, Pulaski.
