Whaley, 60, Wilder Road, Richland, died Monday evening, September 26, 1983 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse. She graduated from Pulaski Academy. She was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, Leonard F. of Orwell; two daughters, Thelma J. Graham of Liberty Center, Ohio, and Irma M. Gilbert of Richland; 13 grandchildren, and four nieces and one nephew, who she raised. Services were at 1 p.m. Thursday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 7385 Park Street, Pulaski, with the Rev. Virgil Hager officiating. Burial was in Richland Cemetery.
