      Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, June 7, 2011 Syracuse Post-Standard - Syracuse, New York - Ruth Arlene Cooper, age 93, resident of County Route 28, Pulaski, passed away, on June 5th at the Pontiac Nursing Home in Oswego, where she had resided for the past two years. Ruth was born in the township of Albion on June 3, 1918, and she was a lifelong resident of Pulaski. She was a homemaker and attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Pulaski. Surviving, one daughter, Marie Cooper of Pulaski and one son, Richard Cooper of Sandy Creek, and three cousins. Private Graveside Services will be held at the convenience of the family, in Riverside Cemetery, Pulaski. Donations may be made to the local chapter of the American Diabetes Association or the Northern Oswego County Ambulance. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
