      Obituary of Doris Pike
      Doris J. Pike, age 76, life resident of Altmar passed away Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse. She was born November 5, 1937 in Williamstown, the daughter of Glenn and Gladys Dawley Spink. She attended Altmar High School. Doris was married to John Janack, and later married Guy V. Pike Jr. in 1960, and he passed away July 23, 1999. She was employed by Omega Wire Co. for 23 years, retiring in 2000. She attended the Ricard Grange.

      Surviving are four sons, John (Judith) Janack of Camden, David Janack of Bernhards Bay, Irving (Nickiy) Pike of Liverpool and Mark (Kandy) Pike of Altmar, one daughter, Gloria (Jerry) Stevens of Fulton, four stepchildren, one brother, Robert Spink of Williamstown, two sisters, Esther Kimple of North Syracuse and Retha Spink of Altmar, 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren and her companion, David Mettot.

      Funeral Services will be held 6 p.m. Thursday, at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home 52 Park Street, Pulaski with a spring burial in Riverside Cemetery, Altmar. Calling hours will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. prior to the service.
