Mark E Bailey
Born August 26, 1956
Mark passed away January 7, 2024. He leaves behind his wife of 40 years Margaret (Peggy) Bailey, his daughter Meagan Frank and her fiancé Justin Seamans, his beloved granddaughter Lainey Frank, and a daughter from a previous marriage Jennifer Bailey. He also had one surviving sister Margie Hastings.
Mark served his community with pride. He was a member of the Altmar Fire Department for 44 years. In previous years he volunteered for NOCA ambulance service and was a scuba diver for the Oswego
county dive rescue team.
Mark retired from a long career at the Oswego county highway department in 2012. He truley enjoyed his lengthy retirement.
We will be having a celebration of life on February 3, 2024 at the Altmar Hotel Time to be announced. Arrangements in care of Harter Funeral Home, Inc. Parish, NY.
