- Kenneth A. Muir, Jr. Obituary
Kenneth A. Muir, Jr., age 49, longtime resident of Altmar, passed away Friday at his home. Kenneth was born March 29, 1974, the son of Kenneth and Beatrice Webb Muir, Sr. He graduated from APW High School in 1993. Kenneth was married to Betsy Grinnell Muir on September 18, 2010, and she passed away August 12, 2023. He was employed all his life as a carpenter, working construction and doing home remodeling. He was most recently employed by Dave Andrews Construction and had formerly been employed by My 3 Sons Construction.
Surviving, are his three stepchildren, McKayla, Samantha, and Ethan Tipton all of Altmar, aunts and uncles, Tim Muir, Tina Muir- Nolde, Rob Muir and Sarah Muir-Music-Blystone, Gloria (Bruce) Piatt, Bonnie (Leonard) Schryver, Elizabeth (Bernard) Kloster, and Beverly Webb, half-siblings, Richard Cook, Christine Cook Clements, Shelly Cook and Christopher “Buddy” Cook and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Kenneth was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth Sr., and Beatrice, and his brother, David Muir, maternal and paternal grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
Calling hours will be held, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, January 29th at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
