He was a native and life resident of Mexico. He owned and operated a farm. He was a member of Mexico Presbyterian Church. Survivors: His wife of 49 years, the former Marilyn Webb; a daughter, Linda Nelson of Inlet; two sons, Thomas and Timothy, both of Mexico; a brother, John of Phoenix; five grandchildren.
