    • Syracuse Post Standard April 25, 1985 - Raymond B. Denny Sr. - Services for Raymond B. Denny Sr., 66 of Oswego RD 2, who died Monday, will be at 11 a.m. today at Dowdle Funeral Home, Oswego. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Mr. Denny was a life resident of Oswego. He was a boilermaker 40 years and worked on area construction projects. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Mr. Denny was a member of Lycoming Methodist Church, Boilermakers Local 175, Oswego Elks Lodge 271, American Legion Post 268, VFW Post 2320. Suriviving are his wife, Retha; three sons, Raymond, Michael and Mark, all of Oswego; two daughters, Wendy Smith of Maine and Peggy Bartlett of Fulton; a sister, Helen Pilon of Oswego; 10 grandchildren and a great granddaughter.
