    • Newspaper Obituary - February 1, 1990 Post Standard - Syracuse, New York - James N. Ackley, 33, of Henry Clay Boulevard, Liverpool, died Wednesday at St. Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness. A native of Syracuse, Mr. Ackley also lived in Central Square before moving to Liverpool. He was a machine operator for 15 years with Packaging Corp. of America. Mr. Ackley was a 1975 graduate of Central Square Central School. Surviving are a daughter, Nicole Ackley of West Monroe; his parents, John and Joyce P. Ackley of Central Square; five brothers, John of Central Square, Steven and Daniel, both of Moyock, N.C., Kevin of Parish and Brian of Riverton, Utah; two sisters, Linda Snow and Laura Goessl, both of Hastings; his maternal grandmother, Pearl Tooley of Croghan; and several aunts and uncles. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Watson Funeral Home, Central Square. Spring burial will be in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery, Parish. Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, 206 S. Main St. Contributions may be made to the Southern Oswego Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
