      Edward L. Moyer, 75, of Fulton, passed away peacefully August 6, 2007 at Pontiac Care and Rehabilitation Center in Oswego after a long illness. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Barbara; several children and step-children Gus Moyer and Diana Collins; two sisters, Barbara Rieke of Texas and Sandy Moyer of Watertown; grandchildren, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. There are no calling hours or services. Foster Funeral Home, Fulton has charge of arrangements.
