    • Joyce Ann Miller Obituary
      Joyce Ann Miller, age 89, life resident of Fernwood, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, March 23rd. Joyce was born April 20, 1934, in Pulaski, the daughter of William and Ella Calkins Webb. She graduated from Pulaski Academy Schools in 1951. Joyce was married to her husband of 69-years, Herbert Miller on October 2, 1954, and he passed away, November 22, 2023. She was a homemaker and loved baking and cooking for her family and friends. Joyce was always active, and she enjoyed bike riding and walking. She was a longtime Avon representative. Joyce and her husband also spent many winters in Florida throughout their retirement.

      Joyce was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Colosse, and a former member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Pulaski. She was also a member of the church choir and loved to sing and was a Sunday school teacher for many years.

      Surviving, are her daughter, Jodi Miller of Fernwood, daughter in-law Wendy Miller and grandson, Chad (Celeste) Metott all of Mexico, sister, Shirley Bellows of Charlotte, NC, and sister in-law, Connie Webb of Fernwood. Joyce was predeceased by her son, Todd Miller, brothers, Jerry, Donald and David Webb and sister, Muriel Halsey.

      Funeral services will be held 3 p.m., Thursday, March 28th at the Fellowship Baptist Church, 2604 US Route 11, Parish, NY with burial in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. Calling hours will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. at the church prior to the funeral. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, located at 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
